About Me

I am a full spectrum Birth and Postpartum Doula, and a graduate from Towson University (Towson, MD) with a degree in Biology and a dual minor Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics (MBIII) and Women Studies. I am also currently in midwifery school pursuing requirements to become a Licensed Midwife/Certified Professional Midwife.

Mission

During my pursuit of being a birth worker, I have fell in love with holistic birthing methods. I have been a doula since 2011. My support experience ranges from VBAC, teen parents, and birthing people who have opted for a traditional hospital birth atmosphere, to home water birth practices. I have been fortunate enough to be mentored by some of the very best and established doulas, midwives and OB/GYNs in California and the DMV. My skills are to efficiently direct your senses from the discomfort of labor via massaging techniques, affirmative speech, touch, the use of sound, and changing of positions to aid in the progression of your labor.

Vision

I would be overjoyed to help support your preferences and assist with your emotional, informational, and physical support during pregnancy/ labor and postpartum. Personally, I am looking forward to my growth as a mom! I am happy to exchange knowledge and wisdom. I do so as my almsgiving with a humbled heart.
